Both Steven and Debra have served the Lord as missionaries in other countries. Steven and his first wife, Catherine, served as missionaries in Mexico for seven years helping to plant independent Baptist churches. After she passed away from an illness in 2009, Steven helped establish a Hispanic work out of his home church. In 2010 he became friends with Debra through email. She was serving the Lord in Argentina with her missionary parents. In April 2014 the Lord led Debra to return to the States. Steven and Debra both served the Lord in the same Hispanic work. The Lord led them to marry and called them to serve Him in Honduras. They started full time deputation in February 2015.
They are so excited about what God is doing in Honduras! God is using the economic, political, and social situations in the country to create a hunger in the people that can only be satisfied by eternal life in Christ. They are ready to join in on the spiritual harvest taking place in that country.
Steve passed away 10/20/2020.
