Steve & Frankie Nutt

Awbrey Steve Nutt was born on July 12, 1943, and he was born again in 1958 at the age of 12. His wife, Frankie, was born August 30, 1942; as an adult, she received the Lord as her personal Savior in 1971. Steve and Frankie both graduated from Troup High School in LaGrange, Georgia. From 1976–1980 Steve attended Tennessee Temple College in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and graduated in 1980. Frankie graduated from Faith Bible Institute, Maranatha Baptist Church, Okinawa, Japan in 2000 with an Advance Diploma.

Brother Nutt served as a pastor and assistant pastor for many years before he felt the Lord calling him into missions, ministering to our US military. Steve and Frankie joined BIMI in December 1994. He was asked to pastor the Yokota Baptist Church in Tokyo, Japan. After six years in Tokyo, Brother Nutt was asked to pastor Maranatha Baptist Church in Okinawa, Japan. Those years of pastoring military churches were very successful and many lives were changed through their ministry with the military personnel and their families.
