Prayer Letters
June 2022

After Kristina’s aunt explained the Gospel to her, Kristina accepted Christ as her Savior when she was four years old. She struggled with assurance as a teenager, wondering whether a four-year-old could really understand salvation. However, she settled her doubts with Scripture and was baptized in the summer of 2000. As a fourth grader, she had surrendered to missions at a summer camp. That stayed with her as the years passed. In Bible college, she was advised to choose a major that would be useful on the mission field, so she chose English Education. While she longed to go to the mission field, God directed her to stay and teach in Christian schools for the next 11 years. God used that time to grow Kristina as a young woman, as a teacher, and as a Christian. Then about two years ago, the Lord made it very clear that He was leading her to foreign missions. She began praying about where He would have her serve and she began reaching out to different missionaries. God began directing her, opening doors, and eventually made it clear that He was leading Kristina to Ivory Coast to teach English and reach the unsaved people of that region.
