Ron & Donna Bragg
Africa Director

I was saved in 1969, under the ministry of Pastor J. Harold Smith in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. In 1973, I was accepted as a missionary with Baptist International Missions, Inc. After receiving a degree in Bible from Bob Jones University, we arrived in France for language study.

The Lord led us to start a work along the Sahara Desert in the Moslem country of Senegal. After sixteen years, the small congregation voted to buy land and begin to build their own church building in 1991 with their tithes and offerings. The African Baptist Church of Saint Louis, Senegal, continues to be a Gospel witness in a very difficult place. In June of 1991, we were given the responsibility for about forty-three missionary families across the continent of Africa with the position of Africa Director for Baptist International Missions, Inc. As Africa Director, I have traveled widely across the continent of Africa opening new fields for BIMI, and helping national pastors and missionaries. We are now represented in fourteen different countries and have over 100 missionaries in Africa.

Our daughter Hannah is also serving as a missionary with her husband in the Dominican Republic. We are excited to see what the Lord will do with our second generation missionary.
