Bolivia

BIMI began ministering in Bolivia the very same month that man first walked on the moon in 1969. Since that time, an aggressive church-planting ministry has resulted in the establishment of churches in various regions of Bolivia. In 1997 our missionaries established a Bible School in the city of Santa Cruz, which has allowed our personnel to intensify the training of national leadership for ministry positions.

A key piece of property was purchased and developed in 1995 and has produced a thriving camp ministry that operates almost year round. Orphans homes and a home for street kids are also part of BIMI's outreach in Bolivia. We also have two families serving in highland city of Sucre. Additional missionary recruits are needed to work in both the cities and the Andes Mountain regions. Recently our missionaries have expressed a desire to see new missionaries dedicate themselves to reaching the Quechua Indians of Bolivia.
