A call to transform.
The first two verses of the twelfth chapter of Romans give us a very clear indication that Christians are to be the true agents of change in a world that is caught in an endless cycle of sin. The contemporary society around us is filled with violence, terror, and corruption. In the midst of this darkness stands a lighthouse of hope: the Church. Filled with light, the Church has a duty to reach out and change the world. Too often, the Church has placed figurative black out curtains on her windows. The world cannot see in, and the Church does not care to see out. The decline of a nation can be closely matched with the decline of the Church. Christians should be counterculture in every generational mood shift. Instead, too often the Church conforms to the world. EurasiaOutreach is issuing a call to Christians everywhere. It is time for the Church to open the doors and windows, look outside and truly survey the damage. In a world clamoring for change, the Bible still has the answers. Transform the world? Yes! But first God has to transform us.

See the need
In the ninth chapter of John's Gospel, Jesus saw a man who was blind from birth. He stopped and healed the man. Later, the formerly blind man leaves us with one of the most recognized of all Biblical quotes, "I once was blind, but now I see." The man's world had been radically transformed by Jesus Christ. It all started because Jesus saw the need. If Christians hide in the safety of the church's four walls they will never see the lost and hopeless. We must go where the people are. We must go to the spiritually impoverished. They will never see unless we see them first.

EurasiaOutreach is a church planting network of missionaries, businesspeople, pastors, church leaders, and other strategic persons who have partnered together to evangelize and transform individuals and communities within the former USSR, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

The ministry seeks to seamlessly integrate all areas of Gospel witness and Christian living into a coherent effort by forging partnerships with strategically based individuals and ministries, compassionately responding to humanitarian needs in a sustainable way, and helping to build a self-replicating, indigenous Christian culture.

Our practical work involves three aspects of ministry that all point toward the overriding goal of church planting. First, there is a need to satisfy needs with financial and practical assistance. Second, there is a need to merge our ministry of compassion with spiritual guidance and Biblical saturation. Finally, there must be a ministry component that seeks to awaken the American Church to the opportunity and necessity of Islamic evangelism. This final point will require the development of practical tools and resources that local churches can use to reach their own

Ministry has too often been reduced to a career to be performed by professional clergy. This practice is taught nowhere in Scripture. The Book of Acts shows us a world that is being shaken by the entire church. The Great Commission is a mandate to all Christians. This approach means that no one is exempt. Every Christian in the body of Christ has a gift and talent that ought to synched into the overall effort of world evangelization. EurasiaOutreach seeks to awaken the Church to the cause of seamlessness. While we agree that there will always be those who are called to specific church offices this fact in no way lessens the impact of the "laity." Every Christian must be brought into the main effort. The Church is a dynamic organism that can only function properly when all parts are moving as one.

1. Demonstrate Christ's Love In A Practical Way - And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick. - Matthew 14:14

Ministry of Compassion - Meeting the physical needs of the world's most forgotten people. Compassion is often the only door open to missions in the 10/40 Window.

2. Saturate Eurasia With The Gospel - And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations; and then shall the end come. - Matthew 24:14

East European and Eurasia Bible Fund

Ministry of Saturation - Using every available means to deliver the Gospel to as many people as possible. Saturation involves Bible distribution, website development in national languages, radio broadcast, and newspaper/literature distribution. The vast majority of people in Eurasia are simply ignorant about Christianity.

3. Organize Local Churches - ...And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. - Acts 2:47

Ministry of Church Planting - The cornerstone of EurasiaOutreach, and the only Biblical way to build and secure a lasting Christian foundation. Churches are often, by necessity, secret in Eurasia. This forces a missions philosophy that maximizes people resources instead of building resources. The local church is a local body of baptized believers. Their meeting place is secondary.

4. Establish A Specialized Institute of Biblical Studies and Leadership Training - Teaching them to observe all things... - Matthew 28:20

Ministry of Education and Discipleship - Establish stable and spiritually mature leadership to sustain the success and continuity of national churches. Trained national leaders are the key to building and sustaining an Awakening in Eurasia.

5. Impact Eurasia With The Gospel - And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks. - Acts 19:10

Ministry of Outreach - Recruiting and leading a generation of indigenous national church planters who will lead a Christian awakening in Eurasia.
