Enrichment Week is simply a ministry of encouragement for BIMI missionaries on furlough. The goal is to provide at no cost to the missionary a week of fellowship, good preaching, good food and activities. There are activities for the children and teens which are headed up by BIMI staff menbers. Enrichment Week has been a means of encouragement to many missionaries during its history. Only eternity will reveal how many discouraged missionaries were challenged and encouraged during this week. Enrichment Week also gives the missionaries and the office staff a chance to interact. This is important because it lets the missionary know that he is a part of something bigger than himself. It also allows missionaries to interact with other missionaries and share needs, prayer requests, and burdens with each other.
