BIMI missonaries have been ministering in Honduras since 1968. As in Guatemala, most of our ministry has been centered in the capital city of Tegulcigapa. We would love to see new churches started in the interior as well as on the eastern coast around the city of San Pedro Sula. For years BIMI successfully used the medical ministry as a way of reaching small towns and villages with the gospel. We are praying that God will provide the personnel to revive that medial outreach.
