Jim’s Testimony

As a junior boy I began attending church through the bus ministry. I made a profession of faith when I was young. Through my childhood years I did not have the assurance that I was truly saved. At age sixteen God gave me the assurance that I was truly saved. My life has never been the same. That same year at a mission conference I gave my life to the Lord. At age eighteen God called me to preach and then to be a missionary. While pursuing this calling for my life, God has allowed me to be involved in the bus ministry, singing, and camp ministries at various churches. In 2004 I graduated from New England School of the Bible with a bachelor degree in Missions. The next year my wife and I took a trip to the Dominican Republic. While there, God confirmed in both our hearts this is where He wants us to serve Him.

Christine’s Testimony

My parents were led to the Lord when I was nine years old, and I was saved shortly thereafter. It was at my first Vacation Bible School that I heard our Pastor’s wife give a missionary story every morning. I believe that is when the Lord started working in my heart about missions. I still remember that week vividly. When I was sixteen, I surrendered to God’s call on my life to be a missionary. While I was growing up the Lord allowed me to serve Him in the music and bus ministries. I attended Crown College in Powell, TN and graduated in 1997 with a degree in office administration. While there, I also gained experience in the deaf ministry. I am excited to see how the Lord will use us in the Dominican Republic. The harvest truly is plenteous and the time is short! Please pray the Lord would send us quickly to the Dominican Republic
