God has called the Lien family to be His servants in Indonesia and we are absolutely thrilled about it! Our desire is to proclaim the Good News of the Gospel to the diverse people groups of Indonesia. With over 17,000 islands, Indonesia is the world’s largest archipelago. Its combined land area is slightly less than three times the size of Texas. Among its largest islands is the island of Java, where the nation makes its capital in Jakarta. Indonesia’s population surpasses 240 million, and with almost 90% of its population following Islam, it has the world’s largest population of Muslims. The Lien family is dedicated to reaching Indonesia for the Lord Jesus. Our goal is three-fold: to proclaim the Gospel of salvation, to plant independent Baptist churches, and to prepare nationals for the work of the ministry.
