PROJECT GUIDELINES

As you decide on which project the Lord would have you help, please remember the following things:

1. BIMI release forms may be obtained through the CLAIM secretary, Miss Virginia Johnson, or through the CLAIM Team Leader leading the project of your interest. The release form is not an option. It MUST be filled out, notarized, and sent to your Team Leader.

2. Personal health insurance is REQUIRED to go on any BIMI projects including those through CLAIM. If your health plan covers you overseas, then BIMI must have a copy of that coverage on file at the Home Office.

3. Overseas insurance coverage is a MUST! If you do not have overseas insurance coverage, you may contact the CLAIM secretary for a suggested company with which to get coverage.

4. Please coordinate your trip plans through the CLAIM secretary or through the Team Leader conducting the project. This will help us stay on top of plans for different projects.
