Finding Future Church
Planters & Pastors
Finding men who are prepared to plant churches or pastor
a church in decline has always been a challenge for our
ministry. It seems that our Bible college students and even
some seminary graduates are not fully prepared to step
into the role of a pastor. Many feel they need more training
while still others need practical pastoral experience.

Over the past two years, we have been networking with
churches that are hiring short-term staff members or they have an
intern program. When a staff member is hired, they are told that their position
is not a long-term position, but it will be an opportunity to learn everything there
is to know about pastoring a church as well as perhaps planting a church. This staff
person will be exposed to every facet of ministry and will be able to shadow the pastor
and gain confidence and experience as he learns by
doing. In smaller churches the same structure is
used in an intern program as again the intern
shadows the pastor and learns by doing.

Some interns work a secular job while they
receive this practical training. Some churches
that train interns can provide housing. We
have been able to recruit several new pastors
recently out of churches like this.

New 2022 Reseeding America Video
We are now scheduling Reseeding America Sundays and USA Mission Conferences
where we show this new video titled, Reseeding America for such a time as this. Dur-
ing a Reseeding America Sunday, our goal is to challenge churches in the ministry of
reaching our cities and towns across America. We would ask for the opportunity to
bring the morning and evening message as well as show this video concerning the
need to get the Gospel to our nation.

We are also scheduling USA Missions
Conferences for 2022 and 2023. If you
are interested in an all-USA Missions
Conference and would like us to bring
some of our USA missionary church
planting families with us, my cell phone
number is (423) 605-6098.
