2021 Review
In 2021 we had 59 active missionaries with BIMI Reseeding America. Of that
number there were 27 couples and 5 single missionaries. Our USA missionaries
were busy planting churches, restarting churches, working with the deaf as well
as reaching ethnic groups, and assisting in various evangelistic outreach efforts.
BIMI missionaries are now conducting ministry in 30 states across America. The
effects of COVID-19 had an impact on church attendance in some of our BIMI
USA church plants and ministries. Pray that God will bring people back to our
missionaries’ churches and church plants.

The following are highlights from several of our missionaries’ ministries in 2021.
Richard & Leah Jacob
Church Planting — Nashville, Tennessee
The Jacobs have been busy in 2021 planting
a church on the north side of Nashville.
Starting their church in a motel meeting
room, they no longer could meet there
because of COVID-19 restrictions. In 2021 they moved back
to a family room in their home for services. While meeting in
their home God blessed with youth meetings where there were
28 in attendance and six were saved. Over the months they had
15 visitors and a special Thanksgiving service around a firepit
behind their house. They now have four students enrolled in
their Bible institute.
David & Terri Azzarello
Church Planting — Kernersville, North Carolina
During 2021 and in the midst of COVID-19,
Crosspointe Baptist Church had
42 professions of faith with 2
baptisms. Over 5,000 tracts and
2,500 John and Romans were
distributed. They were able to hold a “Kids Week”
with 22 in attendance and 4 young people came to
Christ. God has opened an opportunity to lease a
parcel of land near their home. They are currently
investigating the possibility of bringing a modular
building onto the site. Utilities will have to be brought
to the property prior to utilizing the modular building.

Scott & Tricia Crabtree Family
Planting LifeSigns Deaf Baptist Church — New Albany, Ohio
The Scott Crabtree family are BIMI Reseeding America
missionaries to the Deaf. They have been planting a church
in New Albany, Ohio. God opened a door in 2021 to purchase
a church building, sitting on five acres of land in the heart of
New Albany, Ohio. Just down the road from their church is an assisted living
facility for deaf.
From one of the Crabtree prayer letters in early 2021:
Remember that HUGE For Sale sign in front of our church that we wanted removed?
Well, as of last week, LifeSigns Deaf Baptist Church is now the official owner of
their own building and property! On a bitterly cold Saturday evening, our family
went down to the church and covered the For Sale sign with gold wrapping paper, a
huge bow, and a gift tag that said ”To: LifeSigns From: God.” Underneath we added
a banner that also said, “Look What God Did!” We wanted it to be a special surprise
for our people to see on Sunday morning when they came to church. They were
thrilled, to say the least, and we were able to take a group photo around it. It will
certainly be a special memory in our church history. The sign was up long enough
for the community to be able to see it as well.
