A New Building for
Legacy Baptist Church

This story ought to encourage any church planter who is out there planting a church in
a metropolitan city or close to a metro area. Church planter Mike Clark and his family
went to Washington, Pennsylvania, on the south side of Pittsburgh to plant Legacy Baptist
Church in May of 2011. He was with our ministry (BIMI Reseeding America), and my wife
and I came to help his family get his church started. Four years later the church was self-
supporting and the Clarks came off all mission support. They have faithfully and patiently
waited on God to provide their church with a building to house their ministry. Recently, I
had the privilege of walking through their newly constructed church building! They hope
to be in this new structure by June of 2024. Now
unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly
above all that we ask or think, according to the
power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the
church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world
without end. Amen (Ephesians 3:20–21).
