Cayman Islands - Caribbean

The three islands, which make up the Cayman's, are located about half way between Cuba and Honduras and are home to about 40,000 people. Being a dependent territory of the United Kingdom it has unique British customs and flavor. In the 1950's, Sam Chastain went to the Cayman Islands to start a new work. Later, others from BIMI went to start two other fundamental Baptist churches. Today three churches are functioning under BIMI auspices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. Since Grand Cayman became a key business island in the Western Hemisphere, the Cayman Islands radically changed economically. Pray for our missionaries that are serving the Lord faithfully in these islands, and consider joining them.
