Evan and Carmen Williams are veteran missionaries with 29 years of church planting service in the countries of Ireland, UK, Spain, and latterly in Honduras through BIMI. God has blessed their ministry with the establishment of a local church plant in the mountains above the capital city of Tegucigalpa, in a town called Santa Lucia, from which He has also used them to commence a further four Church Plants in other areas and a ministry to the blind.
