Frank originally grew up in the States in a city just outside of Boston, MA. As a child he would see the missions ministry first-hand as his family was on deputation as BIMI missionaries. Japhia grew up in a pastor’s home, and her father was the pioneering pastor for a southern town on Cebu island, Philippines. Upon Japhia entering college to study Chemical Engineering, she was led by the Lord to attend the church that the Denisi’s had planted in Cebu City, Philippines. Frank and Japhia were led by the Lord to pursue a courtship 2 years after her beloved father passed away. They were married at the Bible Baptist Church of Cebu City by Dr. Armie Jesalva on December 30, 2021. Currently, they are serving the Lord in church-planting missions. Frank oversees two church plants, the Bible college, and juggles a busy schedule of preaching around the islands. Together they spend their days in soulwinning and discipleship, and in training the Filipino nationals in church planting. They are currently on furlough in the US, and are readying themselves to head back to the Philippines in 2025.
