Tom & Jen Behman #1631

We are the Behman family, missionaries serving in the Philippines. We are sent out of Parkview Baptist Church and assisted by Baptist International Missions, Inc.

My wife, Jen, and I were both raised in Christian homes, saved at an early age, and later baptized. We met while attending Pensacola Christian College and were married shortly after graduation in 2009. The Lord has blessed us with three wonderful daughters—Lucy, Aleena, and Ellie.

After several missions trips to the Philippines beginning in 2011, God clearly called us to serve here as full-time church planting missionaries. In 2022, we arrived on the field and began ministering in Antipolo, Rizal, alongside missionaries Chris and Ivy Hurst at Metroview Baptist Church. During this time, we were involved in Bible clubs, preaching, and teaching in the Bible institute.

In 2025, the Lord led us to the island of Mindoro, where we are now serving in the city of Puerto Galera. By God’s grace, we were able to start a church, working primarily with lowland Tagalog people. Our burden is to see believers grounded in the Word of God and trained to become faithful leaders who will reach others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In addition to the church, we are involved in outreach ministries to the Mangyan tribal people, specifically the Iraya group. Our goal is to help strengthen these believers in their faith so they can effectively reach their own communities, as well as other unreached tribal groups across the island.

Thank you for your prayers and support as we continue the work the Lord has called us to here in the Philippines. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner together in spreading the Gospel.
