Bruno was born and grew up in Brazil. Although he did not grow up in a Christian environment, his grandmother used to take him to church ever since he was a child. As a result, he received Christ as Savior at the age of 7. He was called into the ministry in 2019 during his church missions conference. Bruno met his wife, Roxanne, when his family joined her church, and they remained friends for many years. Roxanne grew up in Brazil as a Missionary Kid. Her parents, Rom and Rachel Ribeiro, have been missionaries in Brazil for over 30 years. Roxanne was saved at the age of four and called to the ministry at the age of twelve. Roxanne joined BIMI as a single missionary in 2021 and began her deputation. Towards the end of 2022, the Lord brought Bruno and Roxanne together and with the blessing of their parents, churches, and mission board, they were married in May 2023. Since then, Bruno and Roxanne have been serving on a church-planting team led by Missionary Rom Ribeiro. They have been working primarily in the southeast and midwest of Brazil through preaching, evangelizing, discipling, teaching, conducting children’s and youth ministries, and serving in music ministries.
