Clint Vernoy was born in Laredo, Texas, saved in Colombia, South Carolina, and called to preach at Tabernacle Baptist Church in LItchfield, New Hampshire. Rita Vernoy was born in Eureka, California and accepted Christ as her Savior in Arcadia, Florida. God made sure they met in Zanesville, Ohio. They have been married and serving Him since 1983. They served as church planters in Venezuela for 24 years, both in the city and among the Ye'kwana tribe. God then led them to Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, where they have been serving Christ since 2007.
