Changes at the World Missions Center

These leadership transitions were recently approved by the Board of Trustees.

Benjamin (Benji) Dryden was named the Caribbean Director on December 3, 2024. Benji brings a lifetime of experience to this position. He was raised in Haiti. He and his wife, Kerri, spent 20 years there as missionaries, serving alongside his parents Don and Bridgitt Dryden.

Gary Sprunger has become an International Representative for BIMI. Gary and Joy Sprunger served for more than 30 years in the Caribbean before becoming the Caribbean Director in 2012. He continues to represent BIMI and is working to translate and print discipleship and study materials for Spanish-speakers in the Caribbean and Central America.

Gerald (Jerry) Judd is now the CLAIM Director. Jerry and Dawn Judd have served with BIMI for 19 years. They served in New Zealand and were able to start two churches and teach in a Bible institute in New Zealand. While in New Zealand, Jerry had the opportunity to help churches with many building projects. On January 1, 2026, he officially became the director of the CLAIM Ministry.

Carl Vonnoh has become an International Representative for CLAIM ministries. Brother Vonnoh served as the director of the CLAIM Ministry from 2000–2025 after having served with his wife, Glenda, as church planting missionaries in the Philippines and Hawaii.

Bill Norton was voted in as the BIMI Director for Central America on June 2, 2026. Bill and Lynne Norton served as missionaries with BIMI in Colombia, Argentina, and Mexico from 1992 to 2019. The Lord directed them to move back to the States in 2019 in order for Brother Norton to pastor one of their supporting churches. After pastoring for six years, God led them to rejoin BIMI in 2025 with the goal of returning to Mexico. Becoming the Central America Director was not what the Nortons had planned. However, after a time of prayer and counsel, it became evident that it was God’s plan. The Nortons are excited about this new opportunity to assist both new and veteran missionaries as they work together to strengthen ministries, plant churches, and reach people with the Gospel throughout Central America.
